This is the plain version, not a wall of legal boilerplate. Here's exactly what happens to your information when you order from us.
Ordering online
Online orders are placed on Clover, through the Delta Roadhouse Clover account — this site only links you there. It doesn't take orders, collect your name or phone number, or see or store any card information. What Clover collects, and how it's handled, is covered by Clover's own privacy policy, linked at the bottom of the ordering page.
Ordering by phone
If you call ahead on (970) 500-1640, we ask for a name so we can hand your order to the right person. We use it to prepare and hand off your order — nothing else.
Text messages
We don't send text messages. Nothing on this site signs you up for texts.
Catering
The catering booking form is offline for now. Catering enquiries go by phone to Joe at (970) 462-2817.
What this site doesn't do
- No cookies that track you across other sites.
- No ad networks, analytics trackers, or social media pixels.
- No selling or renting your information to anyone.
